Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your personal data and account-related data held by MarketHK and PromoPilot. This page explains how to submit a request and what we will do.

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of your data:

1. Send an email to the contact address below (or use the Contact form) with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the email address associated with your account (and, if applicable, your tenant or organisation name) so we can identify your data.
3. We will confirm receipt and process your request within a reasonable period. We may contact you to verify your identity before deleting data.

What we delete

Upon verification, we will delete or anonymise account data, profile information, and other personal data we hold that is linked to you, except where we must retain data for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes (e.g. completed transactions, compliance).
